The USINCAL welding team consists of the following professionals:

• Welding Engineers;

• Welding Inspectors level 1 and level 2;

• Welders with proven experience in the oil and gas industry;

The welding team performs the most diverse types of special welds with qualified WPS's (Welding Procedure Specification), WEII (Welding Execution and Inspection Instruction) and WM (Welding Map) for the production or repair, according to the needs of our customers.

We work with a wide range of materials such as low-alloy materials (4130, 4140, 8630, etc.), carbon steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and / or according to the needs of our customers.

We also have experience with many different standards, including ASME IX, API Spec 6A, ANSI / NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-2, API Spec 17D, Petrobras N-133, N-2301 Petrobras, among others.
