USINCAL was born of a partnership with the company USIESP in the year of 2012 and developed itself within a very demanding market, the oil and gas Market. Here is a brief history originated from the need to explore new markets and better serve their clients:

•   2012: Faced with the growing market demand in receiving added value in the machining services , and their growing demand for special welds , in 2012 USINCAL / USIESP was restructured to seize the opportunity. They were purchased new machinery and equipment and hired specialized professionals to perform coating welds ("cladding") and joint, as well as other processes such as heat treatment, non-destructive testing , hydrostatic testing and painting.

•   2013: With the growth of business, the USINCAL headquarter , located in São José dos Campos / SP, no longer stand the demand , and thus it was decided to transfer to a new headquarter. With 10,914 m² of total area and 2,400 m² of floor space , the new headquarter located in Valinhos / SP, had facilities designed according to the current and future needs .

•  2014: With the great demand for specialized services, in July / 2014 USINCAL commenced new projects, starting to act independently, including the independence of the Quality Management System.

•  2015: Always seeking the best solutions for the needs of our customers, USINCAL expanded its activities and began providing services in the area of Heat Treatment with electric furnace, Local Heat Treatment , Hydrostatic Pressure Test and Airless Paint .
